Recovery Support Groups
For addictions and/or substance use concerns, participation in a recovery group may be recommended, along with intensive individual psychotherapy and a multi-disciplinary approach tailored to your needs. An assessment during the initial consultative sessions will determine how to best proceed for you and/or your family.
The following are resources for peer group support. While many of these are based on the 12 Steps, several peer-led support groups do not use the Steps as part of their structure if you want something different.
